Food doesn’t have to

feel so hard

I provide nutrition therapy for teens and young adults navigating eating disorders, disordered eating, and body image concerns.

Whether you're recovering from an eating disorder, feeling overwhelmed by food choices, or unsure how to support your child—I provide a calm, collaborative space to explore what nourishment and health really means. You don’t have to figure this out alone.

Nutrition therapy that’s as individual as you

Our work together is about more than what you eat.

It's about untangling the thoughts, fears, and beliefs that have made food feel complicated or overwhelming. If eating feels stressful or your body feels like the enemy, you’re not alone. This is a space where you can show up as you are—zero judgement. I believe that healing your relationship with food and body starts with compassion, not control.

What to Expect Working with Me:

  • Weight-inclusive, non-diet approach to nutrition built on the principles of Intuitive Eating. No weight or diet talk here.

  • Relaxed, nonjudgmental space to explore those complicated thoughts about food, movement, and body. No shaming ever.

  • Individualized. Each client’s story is different. There’s no one size fits all, cookie cutter meal plan here.

  • Collaboration. I value teamwork because the best outcomes occur when everyone is on the same page. I work closely with therapists, parents, and/or doctors to provide you the best support.

  • Support every step of the way—strategies, education, accountability, encouragement—you name it.
